Prior to joining the firm, Darya Landa represented individuals and corporate clients in a variety of areas, including complex litigation, employment, personal injury generally, product and premises liability, wrongful death, real estate and personal injury, as well as in professional liability matters.  Prior to her legal career, Darya was a project manager at a start-up, and her clients included some of the nation’s largest pharmaceutical companies. Darya regularly volunteers at the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center affiliated with Santa Clara University School of Law.  She is a former middle school and high school English and Social Studies teacher.  Darya grew up in Moscow, Russia, and is fluent in Russian and has professional working proficiency in Spanish.

Marisa N. Sanchez is an Associate Attorney in Taylor Anderson LLP’s General Liability practice in Northern California. She is admitted to practice law in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

With a focus on complex civil litigation, Marisa represents individuals, as well as small, mid-sized, and large entities, skillfully navigating the varying interests and priorities that arise at each stage of litigation.

A former Author and Editor for Law Review, Marisa excels at legal research and writing. She has prepared motions for summary judgment in negligence and premises liability cases which have led to resolution - whether through strategic arguments that prompt favorable settlement negotiations or through a successful court hearing on the merits.
