Before joining Taylor|Anderson, Rob was a Deputy District Attorney, first in Denver and then in Durango, Colorado. In that role, Rob litigated thousands of cases and tried more than 80 jury trials, which included securing hard fought convictions to First Degree Murder, Second Degree Assault on a Peace Officer, and Sexual Assault on a Child -- Pattern of Abuse. Rob can quickly evaluate cases and, because of his experience, enjoys handling cases from the initial investigatory stage, through discovery, and ultimately, to trial. At trial, Rob understands how juries work and knows how to utilize framing the facts to make the jury sympathetic to his clients' circumstances. Rob's trial experience allows him to concisely and accurately advise litigation clients.
