Taylor|Anderson announced today that Andrew Orr has joined the Denver office as an Associate.
Andrew Orr is a litigator with a broad range of experience in complex litigation. His practice includes matters involving insurance defense, contract, class action, fraud, securities, copyright, bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Taylor Anderson, Andrew worked in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP where he represented public and private companies, including portfolio companies of private equity funds, special committees, and individuals, before state and federal courts across the country. He has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, from pre-dispute counseling through discovery, dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. He maintains an active pro bono practice that includes LGBT and First Amendment issues.
