Overview

Ted Yarbrough focuses his practice on national civil litigation defense where he has taken depositions in over 25 states across the US.  He has extensive experience in product and premises liability cases as well as defending nursing homes in high dollar lawsuits.   He has successfully argued Motion for Summary Judgments in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.  As part of his practice, he also performs extensive pre-litigation research, investigation, and analysis of anticipated claims, defenses, exposure to liability, and avenues for risk assessment. He also prepares key personnel and fact and expert witnesses for depositions. Ted’s practice consists of premises liability, personal injury, products liability, trucking, auto accidents and medical malpractice. As part of his practice, he also performs extensive pre-litigation research, investigation, discovery and analysis of anticipated claims, defenses, exposure to liability, and avenues for risk assessment.

Experience

Ted grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico where in High School he competed in Speech and Debate and Model UN on a national level. Upon graduation, Mr. Yarbrough moved to Irving, Texas where he graduated from the University of Dallas with a major in history and a concentration in International Studies.  He also spent some time studying in Spain, when he returned to the DFW area he attended Texas A&M University School of Law. During his law school career, Mr. Yarbrough received full-time summer clerkship at a Texas civil defense firm and asbestos personal injury trust.

Ted enjoys spending time with his family and friends and enjoys travelling, cycling, and tennis. He has also been published for his writings on British politics.
