  • Achieved favorable resolution through mediation for general contractor in large-scale construction defect case involving apartment complex.
  • Defended manufacturer of industrial aquariums in multi-million dollar products liability lawsuit arising from collapse of tank.
  • Won a motion for summary judgment resulting in full dismissal of legal malpractice class action suit brought against law firm.
  • Defended bank in lawsuit involving claims of fraud arising from extensive Ponzi scheme.
  • Succeeded on motion for partial summary judgment granting client full title to property in lawsuit concerning ownership of business assets.
