Lauren Rhinehart defends clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.  She is also part of the firm’s Terrorist Response Team and defends entities involved in mass shootings. 

Prior to joining Taylor | Anderson, Lauren worked as an associate at a Denver firm handling tort defense, contract disputes, construction defect litigation, and other civil matters.  During that time, she assisted in successfully defending a trial court judgment in favor of her client and provided significant contribution to the prevailing brief in the Missouri Court of Appeals.  She has also taken the depositions of lay and expert witness in various civil matters.

Early in her legal career, Lauren prosecuted criminal misdemeanor offenses under the Student Practice Act in the First Judicial District of Colorado and participated in a number of jury trials and bench trials.  Her trial experience includes drafting trial briefs and motions, arguing legal motions, assisting in jury selection, preparing and examining witnesses, and making opening and closing statements.
