Taylor|Anderson announced today that Christina Huszcza has joined the Denver office as an Associate.
Christina Huszcza defends clients in product liability and mass tort litigation in state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on design defect, manufacturing defect, and failure to warn claims brought against manufacturers.
Prior to joining Taylor Anderson, Christina worked for Tucker Ellis LLP where she defended manufacturers in complex product liability litigation. Most of her work was for pharmaceutical companies and their subsidiaries, with a particular emphasis on medical devices.
In December 2016, Christina successfully completed her first jury trial in Colorado state court. After 4 days of testimony, including 9 expert witnesses, and claimed damages topping $1,000,000, the jury returned a verdict for the Plaintiff in the amount of $558.00. She has also taken and defended several depositions and has extensive experience in coordinated proceedings and multi-district litigation.
