Overview

Brent Mecham has personally litigated dozens of cases in several courts in Colorado representing a wide range of clients over highly contentious and emotional situations. Brent has continuously honed his unique palette of skills and talents to best serve his clients in crisis, most recently becoming meticulously familiar with the insurance industry as a cornerstone of business and commercial litigation.

Brent has spent several years working on a pro-bono or low-cost basis for people in his community seeking access to the courts and attorney representation over complex domestic, dependency and commercial matters. He has successfully represented dozens of clients throughout his years as a litigator both in the courts and in alternative dispute resolution conferences and hearings.

Brent has also had an active role in the community as a volunteer for several organizations, including the public library, Scouts BSA, and various churches and religious organizations. Brent is presently still a volunteer for Scouts BSA and an avid gardener.
