Overview

Ben Wright is an experienced trial lawyer and has tried more than thirty cases in front of a jury. Ben concentrates his practice on defending high-stakes, multi-million-dollar tort actions, commercial litigation matters, and federal civil rights lawsuits. He represents public and private corporations, insurers, and governmental entities in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Balancing clients’ business objectives with efficient legal solutions, Ben handles all stages of litigation, from investigation and discovery, dispositive motions, negotiating expeditious resolutions, to litigating through trial, post-trial, and appeal.

Ben leverages the extensive experience he gained as a Deputy District Attorney for Colorado’s 20th Judicial District prosecuting complex felonies involving financial fraud, white collar offenses, vehicular homicides, and grand jury investigations to develop and implement case-winning litigation strategies for his clients.
