Overview

Andrew represents clients in all phases of litigation from pre-suit claims through jury trials. He constantly strives to provide value to his clients at every stage in the process. Andrew comprehensively evaluates a case at the beginning allowing him to advise his clients on effective strategies towards early resolution and with an eye towards trial. This early expert evaluation gives his clients a great advantage over their opponents throughout the litigation.

Andrew advocates for clients in all matters of civil litigation ranging from products liability, premises liability, breach of contract, fraud, personal injury, property disputes, oil and gas matters, and mineral rights disputes. Andrew practices in state and federal courts throughout the country and has been admitted pro hac vice in California, Arizona, and Illinois.

Andrew brings extensive trial experience to all of his cases having tried over 50 jury trials and litigated countless motions. The courtroom is where Andrew feels most comfortable and he excels at knowing what it takes to prove and defend a case in the courtroom. This experience allows Andrew to prepare a case with a keen eye for what it will take to successfully advance his clients’ positions if a matter ultimately ends up in trial.

Andrew also achieves success early in litigation by filing meritorious dispositive motions. In one such instance, Andrew successfully obtained dismissal of a foreign client in US District Court for the District of Colorado on personal jurisdiction grounds. (Fischer v. BMW, 2019 WL 1331978).

Clients appreciate Andrew's ability to remain calm during otherwise stressful situations while continuously fighting on their behalf.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys playing golf, fly fishing, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and English bulldog.
