Taylor|Anderson LLP is seeking an accounting coordinator for its growing Denver office.  This position will report to the Director of Accounting and Finance.  Responsibilities include maintaining up to date credit card reconciliations, posting daily deposits to client accounts, assist with tracking and analysis of accounts receivables, maintenance of electronic record keeping systems, and assist with other projects as needed.  Candidates must have a minimum of three years of recent accounting experience.  Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.  Must be very detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills.  Familiarity with standard MS Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel and with legal billing software such as Tabs3 a plus.
